I started with Matrix about 4 months ago. My first appointment with them being about a week before Christmas 2024. I've had nothing but positive experiences with them. I've called a few times with questions and the staff is very knowledgeable and always answers my questions, addresses any concerns and go beyond that. One concern was because medications are sent via FedEx, making sure I get them on time and before I run out of my previous prescriptions. I have that issue with one of my regular doctors and I see them and pick up my prescriptions in person. But Matrix makes sure and sends their pharmacy my order with enough tume to insure I will get it on time.... read full review
