Brett Berger was my attorney, and the entire experience from start to finish was made easy. More importantly, no matter what time of the day or night I reached out to Mr. Berger he responded immediately which is something I sincerely appreciated. Mr. Berger was honest and extremely knowledgeable regarding my particular case. As a prior attorney who worked on the other side for a large insurance company, Mr. Berger had the experience to negotiate with the insurance adjusters, insurance attorneys and hospital executives. Mr. Berger was able settle my case with a major hospital during covid, which wasn't an easy task since the court system was pretty much shut down. I also need to mention Mr. Berger's assistant: Amy, who was a tremendous help with my case. I was jury foreman on a case where Jack was the defense attorney. Unusual, maybe, but Jack was brilliant. We the jury did our due diligence, but it was a slam dunk for Jack's client. Impressive is the word which comes to mind.
