I was in a hurry to drop off a jacket. I pulled up to the drive through and jumped out of my car with the engine running. I didn’t even close the car door all the way. Somehow, the door locked!! The owner, Mr. Nasab was so patient and kind! He gave me his iPad and phone to look up the info and call Geico. Geico said it would take 40 minutes for Pop A Lock to arrive. I apologized to Mr. Nasab; my running car is blocking his drive through! However, he remained gracious and told me everything was ok.
