WORKING WITH CATHY WAS AMAZING, SHE GUIDED US THROUGH OUR DECISION ON WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR AND WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE ON PUTTING TOGETHER ALL OF OUR DESIGN PLANS.THE PROCESS OF HAVING THE MESURMENTS AND DONE WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE ON THE TECHNICAL LEVEL TO INSURE ACCURACY OF THE CUT.THE DAY OF INSTALL WAS OUTSTANDING, THE CREW THAT ARRIVED TO INSTALL WERE AMAZING! I am so glad a manager named Manish today. Manish is very patient and warm as he patiently and sincerely took time to listen to my complaint of a man from this company I met as a networking contact somewhere in Tampa but this man acted unacceptably and unprofessionally by not messaging me back after 4 attempts nor responding to my LinkedIn messages. Glad Manish had a serious talk with him as right move and emphasizing everybody wherever they are at to act well and professional representing the company well. We always remember how people made us feel and not their accomplishments or whatever. Law of karma out there.
