After Hurricane Helene and then Milton hit back to back, our family of five lost our roof and needed it rebuilt fast. Before we called JBC, we met with several other roofing companies, and it was rough — quotes that jumped the second they realized we were desperate, pressure tactics dressed up as urgency, and not one of them asked how we were actually doing or seemed to care that we were dealing with anything beyond an insurance claim number.
