Vernon is a lifesaver. Very pleasant and reassuring. I was working when my car needed to be towed. He gave me some encouraging words and got me and my car to its destination. He followed up afterward to make sure I received my replacement car. This is phenomenal customer service. I would definitely recommend this company.
My Kia Optima was mech down at MacDill AFB. Driver did great job and had a nice personality. I rode with him and conversations were pleasant. He called me at work and said would arrive 20 mins.
john and Chris were the best surprise of my day! they were supposed to tow my dead rv to an rv repair shop. instead they went to work on finding out what was wrong with it. they spent 2 hours diagnosing the problem and found what was wrong. they got it started and John actually drove it to the rv repair shop. they were unbelievable, friendly, helpful and professional. Definitely would recommend them. Thank for everything guys!
