WOW !!!! It was a perfect consultation from start to finish. I came across ISmile Dentistry via a google search, filtering the search according to my personal needs. I stopped by in person to inquire about the soonest New Patient appointment, as amongst my extensive continuous care needed, I did have a dental emergency the day I walked in. They scheduled me promptly for the following day, all while making sure it was convenient for my schedule. The day of my appointment from a pleasant greeting when I walked in the door and checked in with the front office staff, to the Medical Assistant and her workup, both throughout her MA checkin workup and the MA checkout, they were all incredible. And of course Dr Lugo herself; very knowledgeable, thorough when educating me in my diagnoses, and plan of care for me as a patient. Her bed side manners are outstanding. I did not feel rushed at all. She was humbling and caring of my individual concerns and needs. I can go on and on about Dr Lugo, her clinic and the staff. Needless to say I would recommend the highly for their patient care in dental services.
