I wondered why the employees no longer knew anything about anything...used to be you could go and ask some advice and there were knowledgeable retired tradesman who actually know something about the department they worked in and could advise you on how to install/fix. Recently, home depot fired all of them and hired young, much cheaper, no knowledge employees who are helpless when you ask them how-to questions and sometimes don't even understand the questions much less can help you. The Home Depot used to be the place to go for this type of help... now it's just the same as Lowe's or any other place.. I don't care which one I shop at any more as there is really no difference...read full review
