Great experience with Helicon from the initial call to the first rep who visited my home within a couple of days of that call. He (Doug) was very helpful. I felt comfortable with his recommendations compared to another company that I spoke with. When the repair crew came a few days later, they went right to work. Their plan was already set and they worked on the project with knowledge and sincerity that you don’t expect to see too much these days. Many thanks to Rey, the project foreman and his crew. Helicon was well represented by these individuals.
Our community had a hole which would not fill. Helicon came out and was able to detect the issue and best way to fix the issue. They were professional and quick. We have not had the hole reappeared. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
