Great experience every time because my haircut is consistently well done and the hairdresser Rebecca is professional, pleasant, as well as extremely talented. Completely satisfied with this particular Great Clips!!
5-stars easy as long as you either get Taylor or Janet. They typically work nights. If you don't get one of those two, you're taking your chances because I've definitely had some bad haircuts here when I've had someone else.

Update: 7/11/24 - same experience. Took a chance on another stylist today because I missed Taylor - my mistake. Got a solid cut, but not at all what I asked for ever after showing her example pics and telling her what I wanted. At least it looks good, but same experience as recent reviewer - will have to wait a while for it grow back out to get the proper low taper with length on top that I asked for. Disappointing.
First time here using this store.Saw John and he was Great!!Cut my hair the way I wanted,and he listened to what I wanted Very nice guy.Thanks John.I would highly recommend him for your hair needs .
