    Gracie PAC MMA, established in 2012 in Tampa/Carrollwood/Westchase, is a family-owned business that provides Mixed Martial Arts instruction for parents, adults, and children. The staff is receptive to feedback and creates a welcoming atmosphere. Children as young as 3 years old can attend and often look forward to it as their favorite time of the week. Older children have shown significant growth in confidence, respect, and motivation to eat healthily and exercise. Parents have noted that their children have benefited from increased self-confidence and discipline, with many enjoying training three times a week. The instructors are patient and skilled, fostering a supportive environment where kids thrive. After six months of attendance, many parents feel proud of their decision to enroll their children at Gracie PAC MMA, viewing it as a valuable investment in their development. The academy promotes a sense of fellowship, cooperation, and learning, and parents express satisfaction with the dynamic classes that engage each child.
