We called and explained that we had a problem with our septic system, we believed we had a clog somewhere, as our drain field appeared fine! We had reviewed their website, and read all about their septic work, sounded great! They came out, made a plan and scheduled return visit. 2 guys came out, they were going to hydro-jet the system, as they had told us it will even clean out tree roots! It was going to be expensive, however we were told if it did not work our money would be returned. They were to jet from tank to broken pipe first, did not do, repaired pipe, then water drained down patio, guy says well “ I really don’t know anything about septic systems” 😫😜 What you idiot?? Charge us 580. for fixing pipe, that then they had to break again so we could use the toilet, absolute highway robbery! I say this because they knew the problem, knew they could not fix, and charged way to much money! If I could Sue them I would!
