I arrived tonight for Zumba class only to find a note on the classroom door. No online notice as other gyms do. Please be courteous enough to announce cancellations before you disappoint people.

Very unique experience the owner is very responsive. This gym is unsupervised during certain hours and has key access rate for late night workouts without the crowd. Kind of feels like your own personal gym . I signed up via Wellhub and this is probably one of my favorite locations to avoid busy rush hour crowds.

Guests are allowed for a $10 fee that works on honor system and cameras haha

Moving from another stated to Tampa itvwas important for me to find the right gymntongive me everything I needed with comfort and availability. The staff and owner Ed are top tier and I'd recommend Coastal to anyone who is serious about their workouts and health.
