I had a really wonderful experience at Frey Eye Design overall, and I’m so happy with my new glasses! My experience started off a little rocky when I first called to make my appointment. I felt a little rushed during the call, and some of the answers to my questions weren’t as clear as I would have liked. When I received a confirmation call a day or two before my appointment, there was also some confusion regarding my insurance. I explained that I had both an emailed and physical copy of my insurance card and offered to email the copy over, but I was told that I would need to bring the physical card with me. Doctor was very thorough, explained Everything. I felt like family on my first visit. His wife runs the phones and desk. She was extremely helpful on helping me while picking frames. She was thoughtful and made sure the glasses fit my eyes as was as to frame my face. No doctor, assistant, no one had ever done this. Thank you. It's also so sweet to see their son's school photos bordering the ceiling.
I had an excellent experience at Frey Eye Designs. The eye exam was very professional, and they took the time to explain every step of the process. Everyone was very kind, patient, and helpful. Angie, the receptionist and appointment coordinator, was especially kind and helpful. The service was amazing, and they also have great frame options to choose from.
