Jodi is that absolute BEST! Jodi highlighted my hair throughout college and since moving home, I still travel back to Tampa to see her. My hair got destroyed by a past stylist, and I amazingly found Jodie in South Tampa I drive all the way from St. Petersburg to South Tampa, every five weeks for her to transform my hair into a beautiful highlighted hair with dimensions of low lights.
