Horrible. They are illegally charging for services not rendered. I went for physical therapy and they bill for spinal care. Dr. Abraham’s is not providing me with that service and it’s been brought to his attention numerous times and he doesn’t listen. Then you call billing to get it fixed and they don’t.
Mrs. Harris has been wonderful everytime I've seen her. I'm saddend that she will no longer be traveling to the Trinity location but Carrollwood wasn't a bad drive. The parking is slim.
Dr Rodney did not have the best bedside manner, kinda know it all attitude and didn’t address all my concerns. Basically gave me a quick massage, cracked my neck and back then I spent the rest of the time on an electric massage table. I didn’t feel I could press for more assistance bc I’m already there, I’ve shared my concerns, he made his assumptions and left it at that. I’ll be going somewhere that’s more willing to be exploratory and better listeners. This location is only good for car accident recovery.Also why checking my mobility he rubbed my leg against his junk a few times. I understand that we are in close quarters here but if he just tilted his pelvis... read full review
