Results are great. When you can get someone to answer the phone to make/confirm appointments. I am pretty sure I am driving to an empty office tomorrow. I will update if they are open.
My appointment was canceled because they didn’t have any staff. It’s been 2 weeks and I have not gotten a response or a text. I have left messages and text and no response. This is horrible! Now I’m seeing other responses saying they have a sign on the door that they won’t be back till October.
I would first like to start by saying Katie, my NP who does my treatments is awesome. However, I was given a last minute cancellation on Thursday, I was unsure of why it was cancelled. Since then I have called probably 10 times and left messages and no one has returned my calls. I would be understanding if there was an update or some type of communication but I have been ghosted. Getting very frustrated as I have spent a lot of money with this medspa and this is the customer service I am receiving is not acceptable.
