Florida Medical Clinic - Surgery

In the last 2 weeks one of the patient's bathrooms in the waiting area is out of order. Last week it was the men's bathroom and today it is the women's. When we arrived today for our 6:00 AM appointment we were asked to wait to check in...while the receptionist finished applying her makeup. I guess she slept in today‍

Both locations near Bruce B. Downs (prior prep and surgery) show issues with communication and organization. I would strongly suggest confirming your appointment time repeatedly. They shuffle your appt time without letting you know. You could end up waiting extra hours if you do nothing.\\n\\nOnce you get in to the surgery center it's a lot more professional. The team each has a job and they are highly effective and motivated. All told it took 2 and a half hours for a colonoscopy.
