Will admit was very. very hesitant to use this company seeing all the awful reviews that were made. I even went as far as trying to cancel the whole project with Lowes. Today, however, I received a call from Ray about my install that I actually tried to reschedule due to a doctor's appointment but decided to have him come as he had already gotten all our supplies. Ray was so nice, so accommodating. He set up got ready to work, showed us our product and immediately started. The care he took outside and inside our home was amazing. Laying tarps to keep the floors and counters clean. Explaining if we had questions. Cleaning up after. He was the best. The care and skill in which Ray installed my kitchen backsplash had me in tears I was so happy. I was honestly so worried about getting this backsplash completed due to the reviews but Ray made my kitchen beautiful. He is truly a skilled, caring man. My husband and I cannot thank him enough. What an AWESOME job!!!! Well done!!!!!!
