I took out a cash loan for $ 2500 on April 3rd 2024....I've paid $1365 toward this account. Called for pay off and they stated I owe them $2553 as of August 16th. They are nothing but crooks. None of the money has gone toward principal or interest. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and an Attorney asap.....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CROOKS

When I went to 2 other accountants to start preparing to pay our taxes for last year (I'm a freelance contractor and my husband is a full-time employee), they both estimated that we would owe quite a bit. When I asked them to clarify, I didn't get a very clear picture of WHY we owed that much. Clearly, they had no idea what they were doing. By the time Jen was done with our return, not only did we not owe any money, but we got a refund! She is always available, ready to answer questions via phone or email, and even helped when we had a sticky identity theft situation. She takes the time to explain the tax laws and my deductions so that I feel comfortable with her advice...read full review
