Great place for the competitive camaraderie of Sanda/San shou/mma ammy champions training all together. Coach Rich is an outstanding passionate coach who engages with his fighters pushing them towards their goals not just in sports but in life too. Good cleanly equipped gym filled up with hard work,team spirit and smart training/sparring.
