This organization after closing my accounts, (see my earlier review) has now started sending me marketing emails, even after I unsubscribed from all. I never heard a peep from them, when they closed my account. Literally 0 communication. When I opened the account, there was no customer support available on the weekend, and had no access to my account, and no one to help me. only after normal business hours resumed, (3 days later) did someone tell me initially I needed to use something different than the pin that I set up, for initial account access.
