European Wax Center offers a wonderful experience for first-timers, especially for Brazilian wax services. The staff, including Kia, Helen, and Kiki, are gentle, comforting, and excellent at their work. They make customers feel comfortable from the moment they walk in the door and explain the process thoroughly. Clients leave looking and feeling beautiful, with a pain level that is much lower than expected. The aftercare advice and product recommendations add to the overall satisfaction, making it a highly recommended place for waxing services.
Great experience overall. Everybody makes sure you’re very well informed on what to expect pre wax and post wax. I was waxed by Jada and she’s very friendly and quick as well!! Will definitely be referring a couple friends here.
Kia was amazing. Today was my first ever wax. She kept me calm and laughing while also being very gracious with my theatrics. 20/10 recommend her services and am very grateful for her kindness.
From the moment I walked in, the entire experience was exceptional. The front desk associate was welcoming and professional, setting the tone for a great visit. My esthetician, Kia, did an amazing job she was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly understood what I was looking for.
I was initially torn between a medium and dark brown tint because I wanted a natural look. After trusting Kia’s recommendation and going with the dark brown, I couldn’t be happier with the results. My brows look defined yet still very natural.
Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely be returning!
