Ellie was amazing. It was my first ever full front wax and Ellie was extremely professional, informative, and was good at calming my nerves. I would absolutely recommend this location and highly recommend you book an appointment with Ellie. Also the front desk was so friendly! Thank you for a great first experience:)

Derica at EWC Downtown was amazing. I made a last minute appointment to get my eyebrows reshaped and waxed and she was able to take care of me and get me out quickly. I already rebooked she will be the only one taking care of my brows from now on. Very pleased.
