Leo, owner of Empire Air Solution, is one of those people who tells what he can do to solve your HVAC system problem then does what he says. He installed our system five years ago. We’ve had to call him a couple times since for issues unrelated to the installation. Most recently this morning (12/26/22). This weekend, the coldest in at least a decade, our heating went down. ‘Twas a chilly Christmas. I called Leo and left a message. He returned my call, said he would be here in a couple hours. He was. He found, and repaired, the problem, and we are now, thankfully warm. While we like Leo we hope to not need his excellent services for quite some time to come. Leo answered the phone immediately & was able to come out same day, within 2 hours of calling, on the first day of June! He was thorough & he fixed the problem as I feel the cool air blowing out! He gave recommendations for keeping it up & running too. It was far more affordable than we expected too! Now we can enjoy summer.
