I’ve already left a review on Google but I feel like I have to leave another review after my second experience. I texted mike about a pipe breaking in my mobile dog grooming trailer he responded immediately and I was fixed and back to work the next day. They accommodated my location and the person who came out was professional and took his time doing the job the correct way!!! A couple weeks later I received a thank you note in my mail from Edenfield. I was shocked because I felt like I should have been sending them a thank you note. It’s been very hard finding good honest companies and I am so glad I have!!
We can’t say enough how grateful we are to Mike and his plumber, James . We messaged late last night (Saturday) due to major plumbing issue and Mike responded within an hour. Contacted us first thing Sunday morning and had his plumber,James here by 10:30. James was knowledgeable, efficient and resolved our issue. The price for a weekend emergency? MORE than reasonable. So professional and kind….from the owner to his employer. Thank you!!!!
