Rick Logan Addison I had went there almost 2 years ~ Barbara & ALL of the staff was always courteous and respectful ~ I seen a lot of people trying to blame everyone except themselves for their problems and taking it out on them ! Go look in the mirror when things go wrong ~ That is who to blame ;) That is what I do :) God bless all :)

This gets five stars for being the best non-profit for profit I have seen. They not only get tax cuts but try and take your money worse than the government. Even my probation didn't agree with their fear tactics. She had to send them a fax of documents I already had on my phone. After three minutes they said fax was taking too long and had to pay 75$ to reschedule. The rules are stated but what's in black and white soon becomes grey as you interact with their very not happy to be there. I enjoy the barbed wire ambiance in the parking lot and that they had a selection Bang energy drinks. None were my favorite but was grateful to find those sparkling cans. Was 30 mins early yet no one was there to help until 10 minutes after my appointment was scheduled with a different counselor thepaper stated. Yet still wouldn't give me five minutes to adapt and overcome. Everything happens for a reason and we still love you and pray God counter attacks you. With Love from a loyal customer to a business that is all demand and no supply.

I'm not sure where these other reviewers went, but I have dealt with DUI Counterattack on 5 separate occasions, (from the DUI class to scheduling appointments to coming in for counseling meetings) and I have been treated with nothing but smiling faces and respect. I made a huge mistake, and these people facilitated the means for me to get better and prove that I can be a successful member of society. If you arrive ON TIME, dressed appropriately, with the materials you need, and treat them like people doing their job, then you will have a great experience amidst a bad situation that you got yourself into.
