The office was professional and very helpful. And, Thomas who did installation was courteous, honest and efficient. Purchased water heater from Home Depot and they had it installed less than 24 hours later, and removed the old one.
*Felt price for installation was reasonable. If you have never had professional installation, it may seem high compared to purchase price of unit - but that is typical in my experience.
Gary the technician is honest and knowledgeable about hot water heaters! I had scheduled for a new gas water heater because the pilot light on my 6 year old WH went out and a different company was trying to sell me on a tankless water heater or a new water heater ranging from $2,000-4,000 but didn't really look at the problem. Gary had mine going in seconds, cleaned it and ordered new part per my request so it will be "like new". He was so professional and kind. I will always use Delta for any issues with plumbing and maintenance. More companies need to bring back honesty over profit! Thank You Gary/Delta
Needed a new water heater since the old one was at end of life. Shane Hawkins from Delta Mechanical was assigned and he arrived on time and well prepared to get my new Rheem Gladiator installed. I was amazed how quickly he had the unit installed and up and running. He was very well verse in how the unit operates and gave me some very helpful tips as far as the operations and maintenance of the unit. I am very satisfied with how my installed went.
