Dedicated Senior Medical Center is a family-owned practice focused on providing superior healthcare to Medicare-eligible seniors. The faculty and staff are friendly and concerned about patients' needs, offering professional care that makes patients feel valued. Doctors and nurses take the time to listen, offer suggestions, and ensure patients feel taken care of. The wait is usually short, and the staff maintains a positive, upbeat attitude. Patients appreciate the warm environment, where they feel comfortable and not just like a number. The office also organizes activities and get-togethers, promoting a sense of community among patients. While recent changes have raised concerns for some, many still highlight the excellent care received, including effective interventions for high blood pressure. Overall, the staff is attentive and dedicated, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere that keeps patients smiling.
Dedicated Senior Medical Center provides a very welcoming environment where the staff and the doctors are always friendly, smiling and helpful. It is a very unusual experience where the doctors like to see you monthly to help to avoid any developing conditions. I get notifications weekly advising weekend services that may be needed. Most prescriptions are available at the appointment and x-ray services are available in house. I have been with them about three years and would highly recommend their services.
Friendly, upbeat,attentive staff. They offer activities and get togethers frequently for the patients. I really feel comfortable and at ease, not just a #. ❤️ Dr. Jackson and her Asst. Alicia. This office is great in my opinion.

This office.has gone from 5 stars to 1 star in my book. Idk what has happened but several staff members have quit, including Doctors !!
I cannot get my referrals. I have had to pay out of pocket twice (totalling $300)at a specialist appointment and that was after calling ahead several times to make sure they would have the referral to the Dr. Appt before I arrived. I have been seeing this doctor for 15 years and...read full review
The people see you, know you, and talk to you. They seem to be only busy with care for that one, this one, and another without stop. Continuous care seen. Saving live intervention services excellent. High blood pressure over 200 and now down several times in the normal ranges. People come in smiling and leaving with smiles. Wife and I are alive and celebrated 30th Anniversary because of them. I would easily recommend them to others. Five star organization!
