Unfortunately they are only option - they mess with your health and your money. They do not take any accountability for their mistakes. I requested a tier exception for antibiotics that would have costed $500+ a week. Even though their website touts the service it was never offered I dig and found the paperwork needed and sent it to them and doctor. Coram submitted for a prior authorization instead of tier exception. In trying to explain this to DANA GOBLE I was met with a condescending attitude telling me that they already got it and there was no change - never even listening to the fact it was submitted wrong. Medication was delivered on time but they billed Tricare and not Medicare....said they don't bill Medicare because they do not pay! What? I told them I spoke to medicare and they do pay under certain circumstaces and asked them to file a claim. They did not so I filed a complaint with theAttorney General. I also filed with Medicare. It was a tremendous amount of work I did not need but beware do not automatically pay their bills. If I could have dealt with another company I would have but I was too sick to get involved with the decision.

Delivered medication on time, however sent and billed for more supplies than needed even after being told what to send. They billed for supplies on a $15 daily basis. These supplies should be covered under Medicare part B. Had to argue with them to bill Medicare. They said Medicare wouldn't pay. They did. Check your bill carefully. Did not show payment made two months ago. Had to call and complain. They couldn't find it and it suddenly showed up as a credit but not on my bill. Of you pay online print the receipts.
