Have used this company on several occasions. However our air conditioner stopped working. Company was backed up but got us scheduled asap. Anthony, the technician that came was very courteous,knowledgeable, and professional. Anthony got us up and running then thoroughly explained our problem. Anthony quoted price to make repairs and also price for new unit. Anthony thoroughly explained pros and cons of each. The next morning the installers arrived and were just as professional. Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Had to take day off work. As they gave a window of 9-1pm. They came at 1:15pm. I needed to leave as i had an appointment at 2pm. Been on time is a very important factor for me. Keeping the customer informed of any delays also important. No issue with the tech Anthony he was polite, professional and did the job quickly.
