I typically don't write reviews because I'm not a great writer, but in this case it was easy. I called Comfort Central as a second opinion for my A/C repair since I was hoping to get my repairs done a little closer to what my budget could sustain. I don't have thousands of $$$ to just pay like that even though I do need my A/C working. At first, I was bothered that the repairman was in his truck and on the phone for about 15 minutes. When he did knock back on my door, he mentioned that he was able to update my equipment warranty to reflect my move-in date and got the parts covered under factory warranty thus saving me nearly $2,000. The previous company never even attempted to check into this. This company went above and beyond and for that reason, I felt it was my duty to offer this public "THANK YOU"
These guys set the standard of Professionalism!! I Initially didn't want to call because I have a friend in the business but he didn't return my call so Comfort Central was my SECOND choice. What I found out was that the machine was not functioning properly because my so called friend mixed freon types and almost destroy my A/C . NOW Comfort Central is my FIRST choice always and my so called friend's number is deleted. Although he was certainly cheaper to use, I guess you get what you pay for. I highly recommend Comfort Central.
