The technician has been doing this work for many years. I would call Ariel first before anyone else so you can get back to having cold air with a reliable company.
When I had an Air Handler issue that corrosion caused the condensation to leak, there was not a fixable solution beyond very temporary with my 20 year old AC system. I was quoted an extremely high price to replace my unit from a different company with their tech who came to diagnose the issue. The next day I decided to do a lot of research and I checked out Yelp and Google for ratings and reviews of the top AC companies in my area. After carefully reading many reviews from several companies the Company that stood out the most was Comfort Air Heating & Cooling. As a former manager in Customer Service for over 15 years with fortune 500 companies, there were several things regarding their servicing in the reviews that separated them from the others. When I called them to come out to review my situation, they did not disappoint. During the entire process, they kept in touch with me, gave me the proper expectations, gave me a great price for a high quality unit, and gave that personal touch like you were a friend or part of their family. The owner came to my house and called me several times to ensure everything was going well. They will remain my AC provider for the future based on this hands on, caring personal experience, and I would recommend them to anyone. Ariel, Vigo, Carlos and the guys did an excellent job!
They are fast and reliable. I highly recommend them if you need help with your HVAC.
