We had a great experience working with Mike at Cogdill Builders of Florida on our custom home. The quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were outstanding. Communication was excellent, timelines were met, and the entire process was smooth and professional. There were some critical factors which distinguishes Cogdill from other builders. For example, he does his own plans so we worked together on the plans for months until we ultimately came up with a plan perfect for us. I'm in the process of designing a house I plan to build in central Florida. I saw some of Mike's videos on YouTube and called to ask him about stem wall construction. He was more than willing to answer any questions I had and proceeded to offer additional information and advice. He also offered to send me contact information for some of the professionals he trusts in the industry. I've found that calling contractors can be hit or miss, but Mike was a pleasure to talk to. Unfortunately, my property is located outside Mike's operating area, otherwise I would be asking him to build my house. Aaron
