John was absolutely fantastic through the design and pricing. John designed our neighbor's pool and we loved the look, and they highly recommended Cody for our project. We reached out and were able to schedule a design appointment next day. The design process was amazing. John took 2 hours with us walking through every decision and the cost of every decision we made. We left with a clear plan on our design choices, timelines and necessary payment timelines as well. We were so pleased with the process especially after having talked to many other disorganized and unprofessional sales people. Highly highly recommend Cody pools & John!

They weren't the cheapest quote we got but they seemed to know their stuff and so we went with them. We used them to remodel an existing pool.
Overall, we are very happy with the work. Jay was always responsive when giving us the quote and rundown of the process. RJ was also very knowledgeable and responsive. The paver installation and look is great.
The one negative that kept it from being a 5 review:
-We had to pay the final payment before the pool was plastered. There were a number of things on the punchout list at that point that weren't done. After a few back and forth emails over the next couple of weeks about half the things got done and a few things were...read full review
