My company has been using CMIT for years and I have had nothing but good experiences. Jared and his team have always been polite, very responsive, and knowledgeable with all the situations we have encountered. I highly recommend using their services. We are a small office with two employees. We decided to setup a Windows Server and security endpoint among other upgrades earlier this year. We contracted with CMIT Tampa a local franchise owned by Fizentech. Initial meeting was late July at our facility. It is now almost New Years and they have barely addressed basic needs. They promise “Fastest Response Times in Tampa Bay” but have been taking weeks to address anything. They only respond to tasks. There has been no overall plan. There has been no testing of our equipment to look for risk factors. They ignore issues. They have insisted we pay in advance even though we have six figure credit with manufacturers... read full review
