The therapist who come to the house have been phenomenal. We have used them several times and have always been pleased. The only issue i have ever had has been with the office staff. It is very difficult to get them moving but the people who come out are fantastic.
Have had CenterWell Home Health care for approximately 10 months. Every single person (nurses and office staff) was outstanding.
One exception is a nurse named Thelma....she was almost 2hrs late and no call. She was extremely rude and yes, I was rude back at her (I used the F word). She left without performing her job. I immediately contacted the office. Another nurse came on Saturday and as usual, no problems.
On Monday at approximately 5pm, I was informed that they immediately dropped me as a patient. By law, they are required to send me notification and give 30 days notice.
