My experience with Catania & Catania was overall okay. My incident happened in March, and I am just now receiving partial payment, so the process took longer than I expected. Which is not completely the law firms fault due to other parties role. My case just didn’t seem as urgent as the reviews that I’ve seen here.
One area that could definitely be improved is communication. I often had to call numerous times myself to get updates on my case, which was frustrating at times. However, once I was able to speak with the manager Lisa, things improved and they eventually reached out to keep me updated.
