I have visited this office several times now. Really friendly and personable reception when you arrive. I’ve always been afraid of the dentist, but not with Dr. Briggs! He makes sure you comfortable and you feel no pain. I had been waiting on an approval for a simple cleaning from the VA for months, to no avail. Priscilla who works on VA approvals made a phone call and was able to get an approval. I would recommend their service to anyone who is in need of dental work.
I was new to this office and everyone was so welcoming! Priscila at the front desk was extremely helpful and resourceful when question needed to be asked about my insurance and coverage. She had great communication and ensured she helped! Happy I found Carrollwood Smiles!
This is probably the best dentist office.I have ever been to. I was having trouble with the V. A and getting certain paperwork sent back over and Priscilla worked tirelessly to help me make sure it was done , with a smile on her face the entire time. The staff is awesome. Friendly and welcoming.The doctor is awesome, and I would recommend them to anybody seeking a comfortable place to go and have work done on your teeth. Great environment, with even better people!
