Carpet crafter is an excellent business! We used them to install carpet in 3 bedrooms and a closet. Everything from the selection process to installation was top notch. They have a unique process, different from the traditional way where someone comes to your house. However, I prefer this because we were able to see all the samples rather than what someone can fit in their car. Their staff at the showroom were very friendly and their installers were fast! All around it was an excellent experience.

We had such a great experience working with Carpet Crafters from start to finish. The entire process was easy, communication was excellent, and everything moved quickly and efficiently. James, the installer, did an absolutely incredible job on our stair runner — the workmanship is truly flawless. The finished product looks beautiful and completely transformed our stairs. We are so happy with how everything turned out and would highly recommend them!
