Terrible communication skills, we had to reach out several times via text and calls to finally get some kind of response. Then when we told the company we weren't moving forward with them for the above stated issue the response we got was very petty and unprofessional.

I decided to go with Brothers as I watned to stay local and help a smaller business. I have to say this was a mistake. I asked 3 times for a written estimate emailed to me which i never recieved This should have been enough why should i have to chase down someone to give them my money and do a job for me . I did get a verbal amount and decided to set up my flat roof replacement for a wednesday. I waited for Billy SR to text me his sons info to schedule and he never responded to me. if.i could give 0 stars i would. i askes for my estimate 3 times. and never received it. i got a verbal quote. scheduled a vacation dat to get the job done. i texted 2 days before no response texted day before and called office to be told oh sorry can't do your roof. it took me chasing them down to get a response. terrible custometn service and taking my business elsware. its not like they cared About me as a customer anyway
