I used BRIGHTSTAR to stay with my husband while I went on vacation. Kempress and Robertina were great with him as he is non-speaking and total care. I received good reports from our full-time lady (non BRIGHTSTAR employee) who relieved these ladies, that my husband slept well while in their care. Usually he doesn't. I would recommend these ladies to care for your loved ones as they were both kind and respectful to my wishes when it came to my husband.
I wanted to take a moment to express how much I truly appreciate Dounia as the primary nurse. She has been the backbone of this case, especially during the ongoing scheduling gaps. She consistently steps in, works extremely hard, and supports us in ways that go far beyond what is expected. Her dedication is the main reason I’ve been able to stay patient through the staffing challenges, even though it’s becoming very difficult.
I also want to acknowledge the fact that she check in on me. She has been amazing — always checking in, covering whenever she can, and making sure we’re okay. She has shown exceptional commitment to our family.

Highly recommend. We love Rachel (our caregiver) and how responsive and easy to work with everybody else on staff is. Meagan was great with scheduling and coming right out and very easy to work with for doing all the intake work. We only have positive things to say :)
