I have been with Brightstar for 6 months now, Nurse Megan is very informative and comes ready to do the assessment and Gesenia the caregiver is been a great blessing to our family, she is a loving and amazing caregiver for my daughter, she is always prompt to take care of things and always prepare to assist Bella with her needs.
The thing is, no one ever wants to have to have home health nursing care for their child. But when you need it, you want the very best you can get. It was important to me that the agency that sent a nurse to care for my precious daughter actually cared for us as a family, and took good care of their employees. That is what we have found in BrightStar (and I’ve tried other agencies, so I have a comparison). Traci and Jennifer, her nurses, are kind and compassionate but also very knowledgeable.
