This is ridiculous! I came for an oil change. I asked how long it takes. The guy told me 2h max. Ok... After two hours I asked if he has an update and he told me another one and a half max. Guess what, even after that time my car wasn't ready (not even in the shop, but waiting somewhere). It seems that they need five hours for an oil change!!!! If I had this information from the beginning I would choose to leave and come back. It was my first and last time coming in.
