Aleesha was the person that helped me through this most difficult time from the very start to the very end. She even came in on her days off to make sure I worked with her to make it more comfortable for me. When I asked about putting my mom and dad together for their resting placement she picked the most amazing companion niche and even sent me a video of it. On the day of the placement she had everything setup to make it as comfortable as possible for me and the staff member that assisted (did not get his name) was amazing as well. My husband and I went in to meet with Tyler, a very nice professional assistant to helping us make our final transition plans. He was very patient and took us on a tour because we were not quite sure if we wanted a plot or a mausoleum. After great conversations and asking lots of questions we decided on the mausoleum. He explained everything in detail and broke down the cost, and we made our final decision decisions. We do have other family members and friends there as well. Tameka & Bryce were extremely pleasant & helpful in our first planning meeting. Tameka (or another representative) were always there for us as we had questions. They were all pleasant and quick to respond. Eddie was the BEST at our mom’s service managing every detail. We never had to worry. And he, and his team, went above & beyond at the mausoleum when we were in a horrible Lightning storm. We couldn’t have asked for better caring and help!!! Thanks to all the staff at Garden of Memories.
