Even though our experience with their hosting solution was an overall positive, beware if you ever want to change and you need to get your hands on the data they hold for you on their hosted solution. We have been waiting over four months now to get our hands on OUR data as they could not download it and had to go to the hardware-as-a-service provider they are using to have them copy the data to a hard drive and ship it to us. So here it has been four months and we still do not have our data or even so much as tracking information as we were told they were shipping the drive or had shipped it.

Big Sur Technologies has hosted our cloud based environment for over a year. They did delivered all that they promised in their original quote. We did have issues with the onboarding and I am happy to report Big Sur handled them quickly and professionally. They have continued that service throughout this last year. I know the IT techs by name and know they are always just a phone call away for any support issues. I can highly recommend Big Sur Technologies.
