Kevin and his team provided excellent work and fantastic communication, planning, and execution. From the initial contact, cost, timing, safety, Kevin told us what was going to happen, and then exactly that. Him and his team truly enjoy what they do, they care about the customer, and will do the work the right way the first time.

Kevin and his team are hands down the best in the business. Customer service is second to none. They left no stone unturned and completed our job to our complete satisfaction. 10/10 one of the best home service vendors we've ever hired and I'd hire him again in a heartbeat if needed!

My husband and I , recently contacted Big Easy Restorations after coming across water damage throughout our kitchen. We were wanting to get it all taken care of for the holidays but we knew that was most likely going to be a long shot . These guys were so friendly, professional and hardworking. They got the job done just in time for the holidays . We couldn’t thank them enough! Thanks guys for all your hard work! Will be recommending you guys to all our friends and family! Thank you so much!
