I know we had a literal Hot Mess Express going on here; thank you for the time, expertise, and incredibly professional install of the new system, and the expedient response to get us back in an AC environment. My wife and I as a 72 yo guy had been advised by an Independent HVAC consultant that our dead upstairs AC repair would cost approximately $1,550. Evan came out, evaluated the problem, and completed the repair for $945.
Keep in mind no AC upstairs .That kind of professionalism, responsiveness, and fair dealing deserves recognition. Evan was knowledgeable, efficient, straightforward, and focused on solving the problem without unnecessary expense.
