Our A/C stopped working last night and Bay Harbor Services sent Cameron out first thing this morning. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He was also very friendly and good company while we got the cold air working again. Pricing is very reasonable and I felt like he wasn’t trying to upsell me so I will be switching our semiannual services over to them.Services: HVAC system maintenance

Thank you Bay Harbor Services for the new system install, with the amazing work to undo all the previous sins committed by whoever installed the last system. I know we had a literal Hot Mess Express going on here; thank you for the time, expertise, and incredibly professional install of the new system, and the expedient response to get us back in an AC environment. Literal lifesavers, and the visit from the owner was really nice too!!!

Bay Harbor is a rare company in the current times. They are honest and reliable! I have known and used them over 15years. Their quality of work is impeccable, their ethics is top notch and customer service superb! From their scheduler to their technicians they are all pleasant and courteous. Bay Harbor’s pricing is amazingly reasonable compared to how other companies will try to gauge you because of their integrity. I would never use anyone else but them!
