I had an amazing experience with Jeff! He paid so much attention to detail and gave me options so I could get exactly what I wanted. This was a cover-up tattoo, and it already looks practically seamless—even before any shading. He walked me through the whole process, was super respectful, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. His shop is extremely clean and he clearly cares a lot about safety and professionalism. On top of that, the work itself is beautiful—better than I imagined. I couldn’t recommend him enough if you’re looking for quality work and a great experience.

I stopped by Bay City Tattoos in a rush because I couldn’t remove one of my piercings on my own and I had an MRI (can’t have body jewelry). John was incredibly helpful—he quickly grabbed some tools, carefully removed it for me, and even gave me easy placeholders so the holes wouldn’t close up. There was another employee there who I didn’t chat with but seemed just as welcoming. Even though I hadn’t planned to visit, this experience tells me these are high caliber, good people.
