Dr Berger is a brilliant eye surgeon. He performed my cataract surgery on both eyes with excellent results. He used the newest implant available. It is the light adjustable lens and I’m very pleased with the results of 20/20 in the reading eye and 20/15 in my distance eye. I highly recommend Dr Berger.The office staff is awesome as well.

Nice clean office/very friendly and polite staff/Dr Berger is friendly and informative.Since my initial review I have seen Dr Berger 4 times and each was a good experience.Dr Berger performed a corneal transplant this week and pre/op and post op examination were very thorough and informative. Dr Berger is FANTASTICI’ve been seeing Dr Berger almost a year now and he has been great. It’s been weeks since my surgery and my eye is doing really well. The techs and receptionist in the office are all friendly and that always means a lot.

Now I know why the community keeps saying that bay area Eye Institute is the best place to go when you have the need for extra care. Every single one of the nurses that cared for me was professional, friendly and talented in what they accomplished. I felt loved and cared for by the entire staff. Not one impatient person, or any trouble at all. I truly enjoyed it. I actually got to spend lots of time there and Dr. Berger was the cream on top of the cake. He is extremely knowledgeable and confident that he can fix my cataracts.I would recommend this office to anyone.
