There are no words that can express how amazing my experience in this practice has been! I woke up one morning with severe pain and redness, I’m new to the area and didn’t know where to go. I did a google search and Dr. Berger was the first one to show up and the reviews were amazing! I immediately called and expressed what my issues were and Daquori went to chat with the techs and they fit me in the same day! From the moment you walk in, you feel the care from each staff member! They are very professional in what they do! Dr. Berger took his time in examining me and ensuring I had the best course for care! Lisa is AMAZING, she took her time with me and explained everything in detail for next steps! I had to do an emergency visit the next day and she knew how distraught I was and came straight to me to give me a hug and let me know all was going to be ok! Dr. Mittelstaedt also reassured me the same! I will highly recommend Dr. Berger and team to anyone! Thank you all who have been involved in my care this past week! You guys ROCK! ♥️
Dr Berger is the Dr your if you have any eye disease. My son has keratoconus we travel 3 hrs one way. My son had cross-linking procedure minimum pain the Dr/staff was awsome explained everything step by step. Everyone that works at this office is very professional from the front to the back also the lady that does the insurance approval for surgery is so sweet.
